We are looking forward to seeing a large number of you for the club competition on Sunday 15th December.
Timings
The timetable for the day can be downloaded from our website. Read and check this carefully. Please arrive 30 minutes before your allocated time.
Attire
- Long hair must be tied up.
- Leotards should be worn if owned.
- If not, club t-shirts, shorts/leggings.
- If not, a plainish t-shirt and shorts/leggings.
- For synchronised trampoline, fancy dress is traditional but not essential! We look forward to seeing your outfits on the day!
- Can we please stress that WHITE SOCKS and/or trampolining shoes should be worn.
- Strictly no jewellery allowed, if piercings are new, please securely tape these up in advance, however ideally they should be removed.
Warmer clothing like hoodies and jackets are advised when not jumping and please remember a bottle of water.
Medals
Will be given out throughout the day. Please see the timetable.
Annual club photo
Will be taken between 13:00 and 13:30 in the main hall.
Refreshments
Light refreshments will be available. Crisps, chocolate, tea, coffee, soft drinks, tuck shop etc. On this occasion we will not be able to provide lunch items, please bring your own lunch.
Cake sale
We would love for you to donate your best cake or bake for us to sell on the day. Please bring these along with you to the competition, with a list of allergens attached to your container. Please label containers with your name and we will get them back to you!
Bottle tombola
It would be fantastic if you could bring along an unopened 'bottle' to the competition to donate to our tombola. Any bottles welcome; alcohol, lemonade, squash, shampoo, shower gel, you name it. If you would like to bring these in in advance to your sessions that would be great, hand them to a coach.
Teddy Tombola
We would also appreciate donations in the form of soft toys for our teddy tombola. They must be in good condition! Have a clear out before Christmas and see what you can find!
Second hand book sale
Finally, if you have any books that you would like to rehome, particularly children’s books, we would also gratefully receive these as donations to sell in our second hand book sale. Again, they must be in good condition!
Payment
It would be really handy if you could bring some cash with you if you intend on purchasing some goodies from the stalls. As I'm sure a lot of you are aware the centre seems to be in a black hole and signal is minimal! We will have a card machine available but we'd like to limit the usage of this as much as possible. Thank you in advance!
Volunteers
These events can only run with the help of volunteers and if you would like to help it would be gratly appreciated - trampoline or competition experience is not required. Please let us know if you would like to get involved!
