From a back landing, perform a full twist to another back landing. It is important the body extends to the straight position out of the back landing in order to twist. Most of the rotation is from a contact twist and is then accelerated by bringing in the arms to the body. Common mistakes are twisting while piked / tucked or twisting too early during the take-off phase.
