Description

From a seat landing lift up vertically and perform one 1/2 twist before landing back on seat. In order to perform this the gymnast should have a good seat 1/2 twist to feet and as soon as they can see the opposite end of the trampoline lift their feet to complete the swivel hips. It is a common mistake to try and twist too early which will cause the gymnast to rotate around the wrong axis and thus make the skill awkward or incomplete.
