The club has submitted a significant grant request to the Inspired Facilities funding though Sport England. The application is seeking to build new storage facilities at Sawston Village Collge, improve existing facilities and renovate the former tea-room and turn it into a viewing gallery and tutor/classroom for courses.
The process will take 12 weeks and we hope to have an answer by the end of 2011, and if succesful, building work would start in early 2012.
