The 16th of February saw Francoise win the title of coach of the year at The Reporter's Sports awards in Felsted. She saw off three other candidates to win.

Francoise says....It was a lovely evening with Sue Kempster, her husband Rob, Stuart and Tony who came along to support me, I would like to say a big thank you to them and to the club for putting me forward for the award, I never dreamed that would win so when I did I was very surprised, nerves and also embarrassed as I then had to go up on stage to collect the award and I'm not very good in those situations, it was all a bit off a blur and I couldn't stop shaking but it was also a great feeling to, so thank you again to all who was involved in a great event.
