Join us at Sawston for a new year of circuit training, every Friday in term at 6-6.45pm.
Circuit training is a form of exercise that can be taken at your own pace and encourages all round body strength, aids weight loss, increases muscle mass and tone and is also really fun!
All members are encouraged to attend to improve their muscular strength and core stability, and parents and friends are warmly welcomed to give it a try and experience a more social and varied form of exercise.
