This Saturday (11th) the CRC sessions will not be running as both Luis and Ali will be competing in synchro at the South West National Gala in Bath. Both have been training hard and this is the first time they will be competing their routines with the aim of staying in time with each other. Good luck!
We will also not be running the second squad session (ES2) at Sawston on the same day. Competitiors in the Gala are welcome to come to ES1 for extra training.
