This is aimed at all levels of gymnast as it will benefit everyone. Its not just relevant to trampolining, but our sport is particularly good for using imagery as a way to train off-bed and particularly while we’re in lock-down.

NDP Regional Semi Final 2020
Cangaroos flew high for the regional semi-final at Hemel Hempstead with medals and qualifications. The Trampoline East community came together to deliver what might be the final competition of 2020 and we could not be prouder!
